The level of service, attention and effort we received from Vega was excellent. Christina, Carla and team have high standards and were able to meet those standards with ease. Their response time and understanding of our needs was perfect. Our emails were always answered in a very timely manner with updates regularly as well. On-site, their dedication and level of professionalism was wonderful. Even with the immense frustration of volcanic ash adversely affecting our attendees’ arrival dates/flights (resulting in multiple last-minute changes) Vega was always professional and handled every change as a challenge to overcome and successfully master. The dinners and transfers were extremely well executed with thanks to the entire Vega team. Our attendees raved about the service, restaurants and tours - how well everything was run and how organized each aspect felt ... much of this is thanks to Vega and their team. Regarding the tours and activities, Cristina was fantastically flexible in helping us shape and customize our program according to our specific group needs and schedule requirements.
We truly can’t thank you enough and only wish Vega could travel with us to other locations and serve as our DMC always. Thank you for making our jobs easier by doing your job so well!

The Good Work Party have arrived back safely. They all had a truly memorable experience and the planned itinerary worked superbly well. There were many highlights for the group but the`Quinta Pacheca and the cookery school were superb! Can you please pass on their`thanks again for the hospitality and kindness shown to them at both venues.
My own personal thanks are to you both for "reading" my requests for the group. It is very satisfying to learn that everything we planned worked so well! Johanna was charming and everyone felt she was a great ambassador for Oporto and the area. I hope that she too managed to enjoy the very hectic week!
I would have no hesitation in planning another small group to Portugal in 2010. We will see if I am asked again!

I've just spoken to our client and he was really enthousiastic. They had a very good time in Lisbon and really enjoyed the city and the surroundings!
The same comments our tourleader made, were given by our client. But he emphasized that it didn't spoil the trip! Everything together it was just fine!
We like to thank you for all your help and making this trip a succes for our client.
